About our studios A spacious apartment Koula (45m²) on the first floor in the first house, is ideal to accommodate large families. The bedroom has one double bed with a single drawer bed to be used if necessary and a baby cot. In the living room, except the kitchen, there are two folding sofa beds suitable for adults or younger children. Spacious terrace is overlooking the sea.
The second house is renovated for the season 2017 and consists of one four and one five bed apartment.
Ground floor apartment Petros (45m²) has a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, while in the second room there’s a kitchen and two single beds.
The apartment Tomi on the first floor (37m²) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with kitchen.
The third house is renovated for the season 2019 and consists of one four and one five bed apartment.
Ground floor apartment MARY (45m²) has a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, while in the second room there’s a kitchen and two single beds.
The apartment KORINA on the first floor (37m²) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with kitchen.
Apartments are air conditioned, have fully equipped kitchen with a small stove and oven, terrace, safe box, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, new bathroom, new furniture and very nice interior decoration.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is performed every five days.
Within accommodation guests can use free wireless internet, private parking and a nice garden with barbecue facilities.
If you want a quality and comfortable accommodation in Potos, with beautiful balconies and a courtyard, outside the crowd and traffic, at just 5-6 minutes walk from the beach, Studios Koula 2 can be an excellent choice.

Notes Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks. Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

SUPPLEMENT In case there are four adults in the apartment, the price will be higher 5 euros per night.

Cancellation and payment policy Deposit of 20% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 90 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
